Lift On Lift Off (LoLo) is a type of freight shipping service that involves the use of cranes or other lifting equipment to load and unload cargo from ships. The lifting equipment is used to move cargo from the dock or other storage areas onto the ship, and from the ship onto the dock or storage areas after the ship has arrived at its destination.  

This type of service is used for large and heavy items, such as containers, construction materials, and other bulky items.
