Integrated Logistics

Integrated Logistics is a process of managing the entire supply chain, from the procurement of raw materials to the delivery of the finished product. It includes all aspects of logistics, such as inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and customer service, as well as the coordination of these activities.  

The goal of integrated logistics is to optimize the flow of goods and information throughout the supply chain in order to maximize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer service.
