What is a break bulk vessel?
Break bulk vessels or break-bulk ships are the oldest form of cargo carrying mode of transportation. As the name suggests, companies use this mode when the cargo to be transferred is bulky or heavy.
No containers are used in the break bulk vessel, but it does include some storage mediums if required. The most common one is the pallets, a moving platform to place the cargo. Other than that, drums and barrels can also be used for the same purpose
