Delve into the power of freezing as a revolution in the food industry, preserving quality and flavor while enabling global access to seasonal delights.

The Impacts of Frozen Goods

Frozen goods refer to perishable food items or other products that have been subjected to freezing temperatures to preserve their quality, extend their shelf life, and prevent spoilage. This process involves lowering the temperature of the goods to a level where moisture within them forms ice crystals, effectively halting the growth of microorganisms and enzymatic reactions that cause food to degrade.

Freezing is a highly effective method of preserving the quality and nutritional value of various products, including fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood, dairy, and prepared meals. It locks in freshness and prevents the growth of bacteria and molds. For this reason, frozen goods are typically stored at temperatures between -18°C to -29°C (-0.4°F to -20.2°F) or lower, depending on the specific product. These temperatures ensure the long-term preservation of the goods.
