Zone Picking

Zone picking is a warehouse inventory management system in which items are grouped and stored together according to product type, size, or other criteria.  

This system allows for improved speed and efficiency in the warehouse, as workers are assigned to specific zones, which can then be quickly located and picked. By organizing items in this way, workers can move more quickly between zones and increase their productivity.
